How we rebuild tubes
Western Micronics has spent years into the research and development of
rebuilding CRTs, and has designed and implemented
a patented and 'closed' technology to accomplish these rebuilds. The technology
and procedures we use allow us to guarantee 2 years for rebuilt
CRTs and at 50% less than the cost of a new CRT. Our establishment
has not only helped businesses save thousands of dollars off buying new
displays but has introduced savings to countries who have a heavy use
of CRTs greater than 90% and are in need of good recycling
methods. Our color TV picture tubes are refurbished by the replacement
of the electro-optical gun.
At Western Micronics we rebuild all cathode
ray tubes made by American, Asian and European manufacturers.
Customer Process
- Communicate with a sales representative at Western Micronics
- Finalize cost and payment method
- Deliver CRTs / Televisions / Monitors to Western Micronics
- We rebuild them or provide clients with rebuilt CRTs from
inventory
- We ship CRTs back to clients (Note: Western Micronics
is not responsible for picking up or dropping off of electronics.
However clients can be directed to transport solutions).
