  • Western Micronics and Canada Joint Venture
    Western Micronics CDN. International has formed a joint venture with a Canadian company and formed Western Micronics CDN. Ltd, its sister company, which is based in the Western Canadian province of Edmonton, Alberta.
    Western Micronics CDN. International will own 30 % of Western Micronics CDN. Ltd stock and will share all technical expertise, research and development efforts, supply all necessary equipment for the Canadian plant and will work to ensure incremental growth and profitability. Training for technical staff will be conducted in Seneca, South Carolina, USA. The Canadian entity is owned by Ms. Maureen Cyster who will act in the capacity as the CEO.
    We are also negotiating joint ventures with three island nations and Western Micronics.

  • Western Micronics Projections for 2006
    Western Micronics is negotiating to construct a 20,000 sq. ft. building in Seneca, Scouth Carolina, to establish its Head Office and World Distribution center. It will house its Rebuilding, Recycling and Repairing facility and World Distribution center, while obtaining it's World ISO 11000,90001 and 14001 certifications, so it can be shared with its international partners.
